What is Petlore?

Petlore keeps the story and the health record of your pets in one place. Say or type what happened, add a photo or a short video, and Petlore files it: weights, vaccines, medication, vet visits, and the everyday moments in between. It works for cats, dogs and other pets, and for as many of them as you have.

How does a voice note become a record?

Hold the yellow button and speak, for example “Miso weighed 4.4 kilos this morning”. Petlore transcribes the recording and files it as a weight. To do this, and only once you have agreed to AI filing in the app, the recording is sent to Google (Gemini API), which returns the text and the kind of record. Your recordings are not used to train AI models. The Privacy Policy has the full details.

You can turn AI filing on or off in Me → AI filing. With it off, voice notes are not available and typed notes are kept as plain notes. If you would rather not record, tap the button once and type instead. Free accounts can have 10 voice notes a day turned into records; Petlore Pro has no daily limit.

A record was filed wrongly

Open the record and correct it, or delete it and say it again. AI can mishear a name, a number or a date, so it is worth a glance at anything that matters, such as a dose.

My reminders are not arriving

  • In Petlore, open Me → Reminders and check that they are on and set to the hour you want.
  • On your iPhone, open Settings → Notifications → Petlore and allow notifications.
  • A reminder is sent only for a record with a next due date, such as a vaccine or a flea and tick treatment.

If they still do not arrive, write to us with the pet’s name and the reminder you expected.

How do I show my vet?

Open the Health tab and choose Show the vet. It puts the microchip number, weight history, vaccines, medication and recent concerns on one screen you can hand over. With Petlore Pro you can also save it as a one-page PDF to email or print before a visit.

Manage or cancel Petlore Pro

On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Petlore. You can change your plan or choose Cancel Subscription there. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to stop the next renewal. Apple’s step-by-step guide can help if you cannot find it.

Bought Pro on another phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the Pro screen and choose Restore purchases.

How do I delete my data?

Delete a single record in the app to remove it together with its photo, video or voice recording.

To delete everything, open Me → Delete account. This starts a 30-day period in which you can sign in again and keep your account. After 30 days your account, your pets and all their records are permanently deleted.

If you have Petlore Pro, cancel it separately in Apple’s subscription settings, because deleting your account does not stop the billing. See the data deletion section of the Privacy Policy.
